Dtomi and Vocalscape Networks, Inc. Announce New Trading Symbol Effective November 9, 2005

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On November 8, 2005 Dtomi, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DTMI) and Vocalscape Networks, Inc. announce that NASDAQ has received the necessary documentation to process the name change for Dtomi Inc. This corporate action will take effect at the open of business November 9, 2005 and the new symbol on this date will be VOSC.

On October 28, 2005, Vocalscape, Inc. and Dtomi, Inc. jointly announced that on October 4, 2005, Dtomi, Inc. and Vocalscape Networks, Inc. ('Vocalscape'), a subsidiary of Vocalscape, Inc., effected a merger pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization by and between Dtomi and Vocalscape. Effective October 4, 2005, Vocalscape became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dtomi. The business of Vocalscape will now become the primary business of Dtomi.
