Vocalscape Networks Signs a Letter of Intent to Acquire 100% of Azatel Communications Inc.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vocalscape Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VOSC - News) announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to Acquire 100% of Azatel Communications.

In connection with the transaction contemplated by the Letter of Intent, Vocalscape Networks Inc. will buy 100% of Azatel Communications Inc. by either an asset purchase agreement or a stock purchase agreement.
