Vocalscape Networks Inc. Enters into a Merchant Banking and Consulting Agreement with Armada USA Group Inc.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vocalscape Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VOSC - News) announced today that it has signed a merchant banking and consulting agreement with Armada Group USA, Inc. ("Armada") (Pink Sheets: AAMTF.PK - News).

This agreement calls for Armada, to provide merchant banking services, financial and other business advice. In providing these services, Armada may bring potential merger, acquisition, and partnership transactions to Vocalscape Networks Inc. These advisory services will include merchant banking and seeking to provide investment funding to Vocalscape.
